Terms of Service

By using aibulin47.video (the "service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is AI Bulin 47 ("we").

1. What this service is

AI Bulin 47 turns a photo into a short AI video in a street freestyle scene, inspired by the 2026 "Bulin 47 AI" trend: your photo can replace the freestyler, the friend with the speaker, or both.

It is an independent fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, their labels or teams, the people who filmed the original freestyle, or FIFA and any football team. Generated videos are made from a short excerpt of the original freestyle as Kevin Wai posted it on TikTok, credited and linked, in which only the face of the person you choose is replaced. The original clip, the people in it and the song "Dame Hombro" belong to their owners; the song is not in any video we make. Rights holders can ask us to remove content at any time (see Contact).

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms.

3. What you may upload

• Only photos you own or have permission to use, showing yourself or an adult who agreed to be in the video.
• No celebrities or public figures (including Bulin 47, Kevin Wai and professional footballers), and no photos of anyone without their consent.
• No minors. Photos of anyone under 18 are not allowed, even with a parent's permission.
• No nudity, sexual content, violence, hate, or content meant to harass, deceive, impersonate or defame a real person.

You keep ownership of your photos. You give us a limited licence to process them only to render your video and run the service; each upload goes to our AI video provider's temporary storage and is deleted there 24 hours after upload (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Using your videos

• You may use the videos you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as posting them on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube.
• Label them as AI-generated wherever the platform requires it. TikTok requires a label on realistic AI video.
• Do not present a generated video as real footage of a real event, or use it to mislead anyone about a real person.
• Any music or sound you add from a platform's library is added by you, under that platform's music licence.
• AI output can contain mistakes. Check every video before you share it.

5. Credits and payments

• There is no free tier: no free credits, no free previews and no free daily videos.
• Videos are sold as one-time packs at the prices on the pricing page, in US dollars, processed by Stripe. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• Each generated video uses one video from your pack, whatever its length, size, role or theme.
• If a render fails, its credits are returned to your account automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Our rights to limit or stop the service

We may limit how many videos can be rendered at once, change features or prices for future purchases, refuse renders that break these terms, and suspend or close accounts that upload prohibited content. Credits spent on prohibited content are not refunded.

7. Rights and removal requests

If a video made with this service shows you without permission, or you hold rights you believe are being infringed, email support@aibulin47.video with the subject "Rights request". We reply within 48 hours and remove content where appropriate.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
