Refund Policy
When AI Bulin 47 refunds credit packs, how failed renders are handled, and how to request a refund.

Summary
- Failed renders: the credits come back to your account automatically. You don't need to ask.
- Unused packs: full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as none of the pack's credits were used.
- Used credits: credits spent on finished videos are not refundable, except for clearly broken results (see below).
Broken videos
If a video finishes but is clearly broken (for example no person is visible, the face is missing, or the clip is frozen), email us within 7 days with your order number and the video. We return the credits so you can try again with another photo.

Unused credit packs
Within 7 days of purchase, you can get a full refund for a pack whose credits you haven't used. The pack's credits are removed from your balance when the refund is issued.
How to request a refund
- Email support@aibulin47.video from the address on your account.
- Include your order number (on your Stripe receipt and in your account's billing page).
- Tell us what went wrong.
We reply within 48 hours. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; banks usually show them within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please email us before opening a chargeback, so we can fix the problem directly.
