Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AI Bulin 47 ("we", "the service") collects when you use aibulin47.video, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

AI Bulin 47 is an independent fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, their labels or teams, or the people who filmed the original freestyle video.

Summary

• Your uploaded photo is used only to render your video. It goes straight to our AI video provider's temporary storage, which deletes it 24 hours after upload; we don't keep a copy.
• Finished videos stay in your account for 30 days so you can download them again, then they are deleted.
• We do not sell your data, and we never publish your photos or videos.
• We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
• Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

What we collect

1. Account data: your email address and name, plus your profile picture if you sign in with Google.
2. Photos you upload: the image files you submit to make a video (one per person in the video).
3. Generated videos: the MP4 files rendered for you and the settings you chose (role, theme, size and length).
4. Purchase records: order number, pack, amount, currency and payment status. Card details stay with Stripe.
5. Usage and device data: pages visited, referring site and campaign tags, browser, device type, language and approximate country, collected by Plausible Analytics (cookie-free) and Microsoft Clarity (session analytics that may set cookies).
6. Support messages: anything you send us by email or support ticket.

How we use it

• To create your account, render your videos and let you download them.
• To process payments, refunds and credit balances.
• To prevent abuse, including uploads of minors, celebrities or explicit content, and to enforce our Terms of Service.
• To answer support requests and send service emails such as sign-in verification.
• To see which pages work, using aggregated analytics.

Who processes your data

We share data only with providers that run the service for us, and only what each one needs:

• Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery and file storage.
• AI video model providers: your photo and the short excerpt of the original clip it goes into are sent to a third-party AI video API to render your video.
• Stripe: payments and refunds.
• Resend: transactional email.
• Google: sign-in, if you choose to continue with Google.
• Plausible Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: website analytics.

Our account database runs on servers we control. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect our users and the service.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos: 24 hours on the AI video provider's temporary storage, then deleted automatically. We don't keep a copy.
• Generated videos: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
• Account data: until you delete your account.
• Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• Support messages: up to 12 months after the conversation ends.

Your choices and rights

Email support@aibulin47.video from the address on your account to see, export, correct or delete your data, or to close your account. We act on requests within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Age limit

The service is for people 18 and older. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18. We delete such uploads and may close the account.

Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, files are stored with access controls, and only the operator can reach production data. No online service is 100% secure, so we also keep what we store to the minimum listed above.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
